Do you need help using your FLIR Camera?  No problem! Here you’ll find info on how to connect your camera and trouble shoot issues.

Connecting your camera

1) Make sure the OneFit connector (lightning plug) is fully plugged in and the lenses are facing away from the face of the phone (as pictured above).   If needed, adjust the blue dial of the OneFit connector and extend the connector to the appropriate length to fit your phone's protective case.

2) Press the button below the camera and it should turn orange.   If no light appears, make sure your FLIR camera has its battery charged.

3) Once the camera is connected, the orange light will change to blinking green.

Troubleshooting

1) My Camera isn't connecting

  • Sometimes a thick protective case may prevent FLIR from fully connecting to the device.  To confirm, you camera is working, remove the protective case and then reconnect the FLIR.
  • If there are no lights, try charging your camera.

2) My Image are blurry

  • You may have accidentally touched the lens.  The best way to clean it is take a soft cloth, soak it in warm water, twist the cloth to remove excess liquid, and clean the lens with the cloth.

3) Charging your camera

  • Connect a power supply to the wall outlet.  Connect the power supply to the USB-C connector that came with your camera
  • Let the battery charge for approximately 40 minutes
  • The charge indicator will flash green during charging, and then change into a steady green light when fully charged.
